Princesses are loved by little girls. My three beloved daughters were two princess lovers. I've lost the number of princess parties, princess costumes and princess cupcakes that I was responsible for organizing and shaping. So, if you're in a similar situation and have a special little princess in your life who is looking for something that deals with princesses and is fun, you're in luck because this article is about how to make a yoga Create a course with princess motifs. It's fun, easy, and will involve your princess and her court's closest friends and advisors.
First, you must define what kind of princess is desired. Personally, I like it when my princesses are friendly, adventurous, creative, problem-solving, graceful, honest, compassionate and a lover of fine chocolate. Most often I use dancer pose to represent the princess.
Next, your princess needs a side kick, usually an animal she uses to share her adventures and dreams. I often let the kids in class / at the party pick and choose the side kick. Some options include dog, cat, frog, mouse, donkey, rabbit, tiger, etc. If there is no appropriate yoga pose, invent one that will allow children creativity and physical expression.
Now we need an adventure into which the princess can go. This step is often either about a fun place (Nile, Amazon, European city, Enchanted Island) or a villain (wizard, witch, landlord, lender, etc.) who intends to mess up in the ideal world of the princess , or both.
To warm up, practice Dragon Breath (breathe in deeply and breathe powerfully with fire) and Sleeping Beauty Breath (yawn and stretch).
The adventure then begins. "Once Upon a time..."
She can cross rivers in a boat (Boat Pose), cross mountain ranges (Mountain Pose), travel through magic forests (Tree Pose Group Variation), stroll through beautiful gardens (Flower Pose), visit the great pyramids (Pyramid Pose), swim with dolphins (Dolphin Pose) etc. Really your imagination knows no bounds.
During her adventures, the princess will meet new friends like Warrior and Dragon, who will help her defeat the villain and save the world. This is often done through magic in combination with strength of character. Remember the tales of your childhood and create a wonderful, heartwarming end to your adventure that holds all the loose ends together. Personally, I like to drink the magic lotus flower lotus (Lotus Pose) that can only be picked up by the "pure in the heart" so the princess can defeat any enemy and defeat all evil.
For a yoga game, transform Swami Says into Fairy Godmother Says and check out many of the poses used during your adventure.
As always, complete your yoga session with a relaxed posture as the princess and her court settle down for a well-deserved rest.
