This is something that I have only realized through continuous practice. While the obvious relationship is not so obvious, inner peace and quiet also help to heal pain and body aches. Asanas and meditation together contribute significantly to fighting chronic diseases such as multiple sclerosis, arthritis, back pain and spinal cord problems. When the immune system gets a booster through exercise, it also helps the body to fight different germs much more effectively and efficiently.

Mental balance
Finally, it is common knowledge that regular exercise can result in more effective blood flow to the body. This also improves the effective functioning of the cardiovascular system. As a result, the effective functioning of the body improves your overall mental balance. The mind gets a boost for improved oxygenation and this undoubtedly helps an individual deal with stress situations, anger and all other negative forces much more efficiently. It is therefore normal that you do not easily succumb to a temperament loss or make a hasty decision. They naturally become calmer and solve problems of greater maturity.

Yoga helps to improve the flexibility and mobility of the body. At first I could never touch my toes, but gradually my muscles relaxed and I felt my mobility and endurance improve at the same time.

Therefore, it is not wrong to say that yoga has helped me to calm down and deal with pressure much more effectively. I'm not getting stressed so easily and can handle tensions more efficiently. Needless to say, it also helped me to achieve a better mental balance.
